Not everyone who applies can be a US HomeSavers Affiliate or Association Member. Our members are prescreened for real estate and mortgage experience. Our Loss Mitigation Association Members are real estate and mortgagte professionals.  We don't offer bogus loss mitigation "certification" programs and homeowners should be aware of dubious loss mitigation or loan modification schemes that claim to have "certified" loss mitiagtion specialists.

Our customers in general are people plagued, beleaguered, inundated, beset, and tortured, by mortgage and other debt. The reasons and causes of debt are immaterial in solving a customer's debt problem. What matters is that the customer has:

The Management

Curt Pifer, the thoughtful guy in the red shirt (above), holds the position of President of iCore Capital Consultants, Inc. US HomeSavers' parent company.  He is (formerly) a consulting vice president for Universal Market Search, Inc. a thirty-three year old family owned business which operates Stanley, Stanley, Kelly and Pierson, a Houston, Texas based commercial collection and financial consulting firm.

Mr. Pifer started his professional career as a purchasing agent with the Hertz Corporation in 1978 with oversight of a multimillion-dollar annual administrative services budget. After leaving the Fortune 500, he was involved in sales and sales management in the personnel and financial service industries and in 1991 became involved in the acquisition, capitalization and development of radio frequencies and facilities now known as wireless communications. In 1998, Mr. Pifer turned his attention to mortgage banking and real estate and was an associate vice president and fund co-manager for Bridgeport Capital, Inc., the General Manager for BCI Secured Equity Funds I and II, both of which operate in similar fashion to the our own iCCI Secured Realty Fund. 

Elizabeth Martin is the former President of iCore Technologies, Inc, a company formed in 1996 specializing in business process re-engineering, management consulting and asset acquisition consulting.  Ms. Martin started her career with the IBM in 1983. Ms. Martin served as Vice President and on the Board of Directors for a pre-IPO software and services company, IntellAgent Control.  Ms. Martin is the former CEO of TJ Group Americas, the U.S. division of a leading Finnish technology software and services company. TJ Group is a publicly traded company with annual revenues of approximately $40million EUR.  Ms. Martin is an honor graduate of Trinity University, San Antonio, Texas, where she earned a Bachelors of Science in Computing and Information Science.  She attended graduate school at the University of North Texas in Denton.   Ms. Martin also holds a license to practice real estate in Texas.
