Happy New Year! Thanks again for all of your help! Both of my mortgages are now straightened out.
US HomeSavers was excellent to work with! Liz Martin was very professional and always available to answer my questions which made the entire process much less stressful than I had anticipated. We had two adjustable rate mortgages that were both recasting end of 2008. We were not behind on payments or in default so a lot of companies said we'd have to go into default first before the lenders would do anything. We didn't want to do this because we didn't want to ruin our credit. We contacted US HomeSavers in Sept. and they began immediately working on our paperwork. To our delight, both mortgages were "fixed" by year end before any adjusting payments had occurred! I would recommend US HomeSavers to everyone! Take Care!

I can’t say enough good things about U.S. Homesavers. As some do, I fell on hard times and got behind with payments on my home. I received a letter on November the 11th stating that my home was going to be sold on Dec 2nd. I was expecting it to come but not that soon. I was literally 3 weeks from the date of sale on my home when I contacted U.S. Homesavers for assistance frantic and in tears because I didn’t want to lose what I worked so hard to obtain in the first place. After speaking with them for a few minutes I was able to breathe again and relax because they were going to do whatever possible to save my home. And they did. I now have a modified loan with a lower interest rate and payment. If it wasn’t for them I wouldn’t have my home.

When I called about my foreclosure problem I was expecting a big sales pitch and boy was I disappointed. On top of that, you even gave me valuable information so I could help resolve my issue. You gave me more information in 15 minutes than I got from my mortgage company over four months and two repayment plans. I was not expecting any free help but thanks. Just wanted to briefly say “thank you” for your concern regarding the mortgage. And thanks for the “fatherly” advice on the budget. We’re making some changes to increase our cash flow. Sorry I didn’t get back to you sooner…I was out ill some last week and we had a three day weekend this week, that was packed with a flurry of activities.
